Danielle is a Registered Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and life transitions.
She has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, complex trauma, ADHD, and trauma-informed care. Danielle has a particular interest in helping clients understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and difficult life events can impact emotions, relationships, self-worth, and day-to-day wellbeing.
Danielle’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. She works alongside clients to better understand patterns, build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Kaitlin is a Registered Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, stress, burnout, substance use concerns, and life transitions.
She has advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy through Postpartum Support International (PSI), ADHD Coaching, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed trauma treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and the Unified Protocol.
Kaitlin has a particular passion for supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, fertility challenges, parenting stress, and the transition to parenthood.
